You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact support@fascinate-store.com. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues:

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to request a return for the original item. Once the return is received and processed, we will send the requested exchange item. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds:

Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider.

Refunds are not issued for items that are still in transit. The item must first be delivered and then returned in accordance with this policy.

Shipping fees, shipping insurance, and warranty costs are not refundable.
