Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding observed holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 1–7 business days after being placed.

Delivery Times:

Domestic orders (United States): Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery.

International orders: Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery.

While we aim to ship your order and provide a tracking number within 7 business days, delivery times may vary and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds:

Refunds cannot be issued while a package is in transit. A refund can only be processed once the package has been delivered to the customer and returned in its original condition. Once the returned package is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds may also be issued for damaged items without requiring a return, provided that sufficient proof of the damage is submitted and reviewed prior to approval.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once a package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. Once the package is handed over to the delivery carrier, delivery is no longer our responsibility, and any delivery-related issues should be addressed directly with the carrier. By placing an order with us, you agree to assume the risks associated with shipping and delivery and take full responsibility for unforeseen outcomes outside of our control. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to report the issue.
